With over 3,000 employees across 96 countries, Survitec is the world’s largest manufacturer of marine safety and survival solutions. Survitec are also market leaders for Pilot Flight Equipment.

Solution

A large multi-tenanted Umbraco solution which is integrated with the Perfion PIM system for product data with the corporate and numerous brand/company sites on a single platform. The provides a wealth of product data and corporate content with geo-location and multi-lingual content.

Client

Allermuir is one of Senator’s key brands. Senator are the UK’s largest office furniture manufacturer with in excess of £200M, over 1,000 staff and a global presence. We have worked with Senator for over 20 years developing numerous digital solutions.

Solution

Working closely with Senator’s design team and the business owners, we developed a new platform for the key audiences of architects, interior designers and specifiers. The site is multi-tenanted and manages the display of content across all their global sites publishing product variations within their various branded sites, each with separate user interfaces.

Amspec are a leading design and build business with an in-house team of over 50 including interior designers, space planners, project managers, tradesman and in-house joinery manufacturing.

Solution

The Amspec website, built on the Umbraco CMS platform, has evolved to incorporate a media-rich projects section alongside corporate information and a new products catalogue section. The CMS gives the client full editorial control over all content along with a very flexible solution. We also provide ongoing digital marketing support.

Crewsaver is recognised as the world’s leading designer, manufacturer and supplier of high-performance survival technology and marine safety equipment - whenever you see a lifejacket, it’s almost certainly a Crewsaver product.

Solution

We have worked with the Survitec Group since 2012, supporting their online presence across all their sites. As part of a program to upgrade the Umbraco Version, we have recently upgraded the Crewsaver site and integrated it with the Perfion PIM solution for product management and provide a ‘single source of truth’ for all their product data.

Client

HP are one of the world’s largest technology businesses with revenues in excess of $100 billion. Their DevOps team, based in Newcastle, develops and manages IT solutions such as the universal credit platform for the DWP. We have been an approved supplier to HP since 2009.

Solution

We carried out a detailed consultancy exercise to rationalise the DevOps USPs into five key attributes. We then developed a strategy, sub brand logo, strapline, a corporate video and marketing collateral.

LDL Lighting designs and manufactures complete lighting solutions using the latest in lighting design technology. All sectors are covered including commercial offices, large residential and the public sector.

Solution

During our research and workshop process, we identified that the - ‘Light Distribution Ltd’ - gave a false impression of its activities suggesting a distributor not a manufacturer. We re-branded the company as ‘LDL Lighting’ with a new logo, strapline and visual identity which has been rolled out across all corporate communications and marketing collateral.

Client

Sherrington’s is an independent bar offering a premium range of craft beers, gins and wines sourced from the UK’s leading independent breweries, distilleries and merchants. The interiors creates an ambience akin to those found in Manchester’s Northern Quarter.

Solution

The brand name harks back to the building’s days as a hardware shop named ‘Sherrington’s’. This provides the theme for the brand identity which has a distinctly retro feel in terms of the graphics with a custom drawn font and a shop sign badge device. The interiors feature an industrial feel with exposed brick, steel beams and re-purposed packaging to extend the overall hardware theme.

With a property portfolio of over 2.3m sq ft, Network Space is one of the north west’s leading property developers specialising in industrial and office premises. Network Space was recently ranked as the number one SME in an insider north west magazine poll.

Solution

We were approached by Langtree to re-brand their commercial property division as ‘Network Space’. The new logo uses dynamic shapes to suggest 3 dimensional spaces, structures, connections, direction and expansion. The brand has been rolled out across all marketing communications and defined within the new brand guidelines manual we developed.

Client

Water Park Lakeland Adventure Centre is based on the shores of Coniston Water in the Lake District and provides residential outdoor education and activities for groups of all ages. The centre also delivers specialist skills courses for outdoor pursuits including sailing.

Greenmount Projects are a leading design and build business based in the North West. The business provides construction, refurbishment, joinery, design, furniture and electrical services to public and private sectors.

Solution

The Greenmount website, built on the Umbraco CMS platform, provides in-depth and media rich content on services, accreditations, the team and their approach supported by a large projects section which is filtered by type or sector. The business is very active in CSR which is reflected in dedicated pages.

Client

Multipart was the brand style adopted by the Lex Supply Chain Logistics and Lex Defence businesses when the Lex Group was acquired by Aviva and restructured into separate companies following a £1.1 Billion deal in 2005.

Solution

bd2 were commissioned to devise a new brand and guidelines document for the new business which was rolled out across all corporate and marketing communications. We also developed the Msys sub-brand for a suite of IT solutions developed by Multipart.

Client

Eurovinil, an Italian manufacturer specialising in inflatable safety equipment for the marine sector, forms part of the wider Survitec Group, and while the brands operate independently, they benefit from shared systems and technical alignment. Bringing Eurovinil onto the aligned platform supports both the brand’s primary Italian market and its wider international audience.

Solution

The multilingual setup has been implemented within Survitec’s single Umbraco CMS instance, enabling content across all three languages to be managed centrally. As with the Survitec corporate and Crewsaver platforms, the Eurovinil website is integrated with the group’s Perfion PIM system. Product data, certifications, downloads and imagery are all managed centrally within Perfion and delivered to the website via API to ensures product information remains consistent.

With a manufacturing base in Bristol and showrooms in Clerkenwell, London, Moventi are a design-led office furniture maufacturer. The company's mantra: ‘Inspired by Humans’ reflects their love of human-to-human interaction and that Moventi is about so much more than just products.

Solution

The website we've designed and developed for Moventi reflect's the business's approach using their 'human' imagery and features a full product catalogue with product imagery, specifications, downloads and configurators. The site, built on the latest version of Umbraco, also houses a wealth of company information including Moventi's approach, people, resources, news and projects.

AIR-serv are Europe's largest supplier of garage forecourt equipment from air machines to jet wash, vac, fragrance and combi machines. From its UK manufacturing facility, the company supplies, installs and supports machines across 10 European territories. Customers include major fuel companies, from BP to Shell; retailers including Asda, Tesco and Morrisons; independents EG and Maxol; onto other channels such as Greencore and Police constabularies.

Solution

The fully multi-lingual website we've designed and developed for AIR-serv provides in-depth information for their B2B clients, including specifications of machines and their unique revenue share model, and consumers with 'how to' guides [which we've also produced], FAQs and refund forms. The site also provides information on sustainability and compliance as well as employment advice on working at AIR-serv and live new job roles.
